Does Nitori Furniture offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer white-glove delivery and professional assembly services for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout to have our experts set up your new furniture and remove all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large items.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Nitori Furniture products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer extended protection plans for purchase that cover accidental stains, tears, or structural damage.
